Frequently Asked Questions

  • Orders
    Orders can take 5-7 business days to process. Once an order is ready for shipment, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please be sure to include your email address on all orders.
  • Shipping
    Standard shipping runs 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). All signs are made to order. All shipments include a tracking number.
  • Damaged Items
    If your order is damaged during transit please contact arrowandinkcreative@gmail.com and one of our team members will be happy to assist you.
  • Returns
    All items purchased are non-refundable. However, if you’re not completely happy with your order please reach out before going public. We’re here to make your experience a good one.
  • Proofs
    We offer digital proofs for customized items once your item is purchased. Unfortunately, we cannot offer proofs prior to purchase due to the amount of inquiries we receive. If you would like a proof, please let us know in the notes section at checkout.
  • Gifts
    If this is a gift, we can ship directly to the recipient. We can also include a custom gift note. Please let us know in the notes section at checkout.
